The Publication may only be copied, disclosed to, and shared with authorised persons employed by the Investor or its legal representatives that have a need to know for the Purpose. No part of this Digital Prospectus may be reproduced, disclosed, shared, transmitted, copied, or otherwise recorded without the prior permission of MultiplAI. This licence expires upon the earlier of (i) one year from the moment of disclosure to you and the Investor upon the first sharing of the Digital Prospectus via email with you/the Investor, or (ii) the moment the Investor decides to not pursue the Purpose. Upon expiry, you and the Investor must ensure that (all access to) all digital and hardcopy versions of the Digital Prospectus shall be fully deleted and/or returned to MultiplAI.
